Elaine firmly believes that we are at a defining moment where design is proving to be a game-changer force across various sectors including technology, business, finance, healthcare, and hospitality. As the Director of the School of Design at Temasek Polytechnic, Elaine is a strong advocate for enabling design sensibilities, design thinking mindset and design as a culture. Elaine actively bridges the gap between academia, industry, and the community, all while building design talent and leaders for the wider economy.
