Tamsin Greulich-Smith

Tamsin is the founding Director of School of X,
DesignSingapore Council’s real-world learning platform for design thinking. She also
leads the Council’s organisation transformation design, and teaches at the Centre
for Healthcare Innovation. With 25 years of experience co-designing solutions to
complex challenges, Tamsin specialises in risk communications and managing
high-concern environments. Integrating human-centred design, holistic thinking and
change leadership, Tamsin has successfully delivered win-win strategies for many
transformation programmes. Prior to School of X, she founded and led the Smart
Health Leadership Centre at National University of Singapore’s Institute of Systems
Science, to improve health outcomes through design, data, and digital
technology.
